    Booked an all inclusive trip to this resort for 3 months. The resort isn't as well kept as they show it to be in the commercials. I was informed at check in that guests are responsible for room cleanliness, which I came to terms with but I was also told that guests were expected to clean the resort as well.

    At reception the resort staff were very rude, pressuring us to check in and run to our rooms with our bags. The elevator wasn't broken but they said we werent allowed to use it. How do you expect guests to return when theyre treated like this?

    They made us cut our hair and wear resort uniforms after a few days. We had to be in bed by 11 and up at 5. The buffet wasnt bad but we only had 5 minutes to eat before being kicked out. Resort group activites were stressful, and mostly included running. We also had camping trips outside of the resort but we had to build our own tents and the trips werent optional.

    I wont be booking another 3 month stay here. I gave a 2 star review as staff were very rude, guests were expected to do hotel maintenance, buffet seating was only 5 minutes, camping trips werent optional, resort feels outdated.
